Just 2.5 miles from downtown Leavenworth, this home features 4 large bedrooms and 3 baths with sleeping for 10 guests. Perfect for family vacations, small group retreats, or weekend getaways.
As you enter, you’ll notice the cozy, comfortable feel. The great room includes a living room with electric fireplace and 70" Smart LED TV, dining room for 8, and a well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room opens to a balcony with barbeque and outdoor dining for 8. From here you will enjoy gorgeous mountain views.
The entry level features two generously sized bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with both a king and a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. For additional sleeping options, the living room sofa includes a pull-out queen mattress, perfect for those who prefer not to share a room. The main level offers a convenient laundry room with a full-size, quiet front-loading washer and dryer, along with a three-car garage for hassle-free loading and unloading during your stay.
On the second floor, the master suite is comfortably appointed with a king size bed, walk-in closet, 43" Smart LED TV, work station, and en suite bath with soaking tub and walk-in shower. In addition, the second floor features a guest suite with a king size bed, walk-in closet, 43" Smart LED TV, and just across the hall, a bathroom with tub/shower combo.
When your day is complete and you’ve finished your adventures, relax with a soak in the hot tub under the stars.
4WD vehicles with healthy tires and/or chains are required to reach this property during snowy winter weather. The view is worth it.

Snowy Weather Access
Located just 2 miles from downtown Leavenworth, the property is accessed via a paved road that transitions to gravel, followed by an uphill-to-downhill driveway. In snowy or icy conditions, 4WD with good tires or chains is necessary. Vehicle type, tire condition, and your experience with winter driving can also play a role. Many guests without snow experience navigate it without trouble. The breathtaking views make the journey well worth it!
